Rachel earned a Business degree from the University of Portsmouth, UK and Certificate of Design from the Interior Design Institute, Newport Beach. Rachel has been involved in the successful acquisition, major remodeling and disposition of large multifamily and residential projects.

Tim earned a Finance/Real Estate degree from California State University, Long Beach and has years of experience working on commercial properties throughout the Southern California, Arizona, Utah and Colorado markets. This experience includes overseeing the acquisition, disposition of large commercial properties and the construction of both building and tenant improvements. Tim also worked for an institutional investor to oversee the ground-up development of a 458-unit multifamily project in Utah with a total project cost of $139M.
